I am reporting this complaint to you for my V12 vacuum cleaner I bought from Dyson. On 17 September 2023, the Hair Screw tool retail head broke down. After the approval stage, they informed me that they created an order again. Anyway, on 18 October 2023, I received an e-mail. "YOUR ORDER CANCELLED". Frankly, I couldn't understand, I called customer service again and they told me that there was no error in their system that e-mails were sent in this way due to an error in their system. And I called customer service again, again in the same way, video call...the hair screw head came to my mind, I reported that I had not received it yet. However, when the customer service said "Your order was cancelled on October 18", this time I got angry. There is no reason for cancellation, the other customer representative gave the wrong information, barely argued, hung up the phone and an order was created again on November 15 for both the adapter and the hair screw. And again on Friday, November 24, 2023, both of my orders were cancelled, again no reason, I called customer service again and I was about to go crazy, the representative stated that there was no product in stock, so it was cancelled, if you want, let's create an order again for the hair screw head, let me give you the stock code of the adapter, call us when it is in stock, let's create an order. I have been dealing with customer dissatisfaction, failure to provide the guarantee given, cancellation of the order without notice and ridiculous sales support. I still haven't received my products and I gave up hope. Dyson is regret. Never and never technical parts support is not provided.
